If life had liner notes, mine would probably read: “Still figuring it out but making it look good along the way.”
Outside of design, you’ll find me soaking up inspiration through music, sports, painting and spontaneous museum visits. I recently wrapped up a minor in Art & Culture Management, which gave me a fresh perspective on how creativity, structure, and human behavior all connect. It also helped me approach a social issue with a more poetic perspective.
My interest in art and culture comes from the way they influence who we are. How we think, feel, and move through the world. That’s also what draws me to human-centered design: it’s not just about making something look good, it’s about creating with empathy and purpose, rooted in real human needs.
Experience
After starting as an intern, I stayed on as an all-round designer, creating everything from branding and web design to social content and magazines. As the first designer, I learned to take ownership, and as the team grew, I developed skills in collaboration, leadership, and creative direction.
During my six-month internship, I worked on various design projects, with a focus on web design. I quickly grew into a key creative role, gaining experience and the confidence to take on more responsibility.
Alongside my education I take on freelance projects. Mostly for small businesses ranging from logos and posters to social content and websites.
education
During this minor, I gained insights into the organizational and strategic aspects of the creative sector, including policy, funding, and project management. I also worked independently on an art project, broadening my understanding of how creative ideas are developed and shared. Combined with my human-centered design background, I learned to approach cases with a broader perspective, balancing strategic and human elements.
Studying UX/UI design, focusing on creating digital products that cater to the needs of the end users.
